The Historic Triangle Funders Forum (HTFF) is comprised of representatives from Bruton Parish Major Grants Committee, the City of Williamsburg, James City County, York County, United Way of Greater Williamsburg, Williamsburg Community Trust, Williamsburg Community Hospital and the Williamsburg Community Health Foundation, as well as members of the corporate community.

HTTF engaged Southpoint Social Strategies, a nonprofit-oriented management consulting firm, to perform a Community Assessment for the Historic Triange area (Williamsburg, James City County, and 3 census tracts of York County).  This report, Historic Triangle Community Report, was published in 2005 and updated in 2006.  The report includes key demographic data used for community service planning by UWGW and other Agencies.
